Selection Process

How the leadership selection works
  • Step 1: Application Form — Fill out a detailed leadership profile with your background, experience, and vision statement.
  • Step 2: AI Leadership Assessment — Complete a 20-question personalized assessment covering strategic thinking, crisis management, and leadership essays. 45 minutes allowed.
  • Step 3: Team Review — Our leadership team will carefully review your application and assessment results.
  • Step 4: Notification — Selected candidates will be notified. Two Party Chiefs and two Deputy Party Chiefs will lead each party.
